Ambermoods are only too aware of the concerns of customers in relation
to the usage of their credit cards on the Internet, and we understand that some
customers may have reservations regarding the security of their cards and the
details that they give when they order an item of jewellery from us.
When you order from us, your credit card details are sent in encrypted form,
via our site, to WorldPay They will clear and authorise the card transaction
through their link with National Westminster Bank. WorldPay then send you an
e-mail confirmation which you can print out as your receipt, and confirm the
order to us here at Ambermoods and we will despatch the order to you. At
all times your credit card and personal details are being handled by professionals,
who are dedicated to providing you with a swift and secure service.
As from the 24th September 2009, RBS WorldPay will be applying MasterCard
SecureCode and Verified by Visa to all the Maestro, MasterCard and Visa
payments we process on your behalf, through the RBS WorldPay payment page.
MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa offer the equivalent of
"Chip and Pin" for payments made over the internet. The service is provided
free of charge by RBS WorldPay, and makes it possible to authenticate a
cardholders identity through the entry of a password-PIN - just like
the process of PIN number validation used with face-to-face situations.
They are proven methods of helping to reduce online fraud and increasing
shopper confidence. Cardholder Authentication also gives Ambermoods
better protection from the possible costs of online fraud.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password
and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
What Information Can I Access?
Ambermoods gives you access to your account details for limited purpose
of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.
