All dimensions are nominal. All jewellery mounts are 925 purity silver which is Sterling Silver quality, or unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of amber, the images in this catalogue are only a guide to the colour and facets which are trapped within the amber and other variations.

Goods are dispatched by UK Royal Mail service.
The rates are:

When we receive an order we will confirm the order to the email address supplied on the order form. All dispatched items are recorded delivery, the Royal Mail reference number will be included in the dispatch confirmation email.

All UK parcels are special delivery guaranteed next working day once the dispatch confirmation email has been sent.

All stock items will be dispatched within 7 days on receipt of your order. However, due to the nature of our products, some items will be sourced especially for you and if so we may have to ask you for a little patience. In all cases we aim to dispatch your goods within 30 days from date of order. We will let you know how long a wait is involved and if an item is required for a particular date - please indicate this clearly on the order form to avoid disappointment.

Returns

If you should be dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt, providing the item is returned unused in its original packaging. There is a 10% surcharge to cover administration for all refunds. Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable. Please contact our enquiry line for further information.

Exceptions

We do not exchange or refund earrings which have pierced ear mountings for Health and Safety reasons.
